Brrringgg...Brrringgg...

Isaac loves to talk on the phone. Whenever it rings, he starts saying, "Hi, Hi, Hi," until someone answers it. Then, he wants to hold it himself and talk to whomever is on the other end. We often put our home phone on speaker phone so he can hear, too. Here he is talking on Paw-Paw's cell phone. As usual, he's holding it backward. :)

Anything is fair game to be used as a phone. I've seen him pick up a domino and a hairbrush, among other items, and place them to his ear. If he can't find an object to pretend with, he will hold his hand on his cheek, lean his head over toward his shoulder, and begin jabbering.
