This is our "slice of the pie" backyard I mentioned in the previous post. There is a sprinkler system in place, but watering is restricted to one day a week for now because of the dry conditions. The one exception is the watering of the foundation with a soaker hose, which is highly encouraged to prevent foundation problems. We had a hard time watering grass in Kilgore; we never dreamed we would have to water our house! :)



This is the back of the house. In addition to the back yard, there is also a fenced off area down the side of the house.
This is the view from the front door. (We love the arches!) To the immediate right are two smaller bedrooms and a bathroom. To the immediate left is the laundry room which also opens into the garage. As you walk into the next section of the entryway, there is a large guest bedroom to the left. In the final section, the master bedroom and bath are to the right, and the kitchen and dining room to the left. Straight back is the living room.

This is the view from the living room into the dining room and kitchen. That door opens to a small pantry.
