Balloons

(Catch-Up Post) Isaac discovered balloons on Febuary 1 of 2008 - What a great day!!! We all went to eat at Razzoo's, a Cajun restaurant in Plano. While we were waiting for a table, the hostess gave Isaac a blue balloon attached to a toy alligator to keep him occupied. There were several kids waiting with balloons, and he learned lots of entertaining things to do with the balloon while we were there! :~) He played with that balloon for several days, insisting on taking it everywhere we went. (I agreed to let it ride in the car, but it could not accompany us into the stores.) Later in the month, Daddy brought him one home for Valentine's Day and his cousins, Adrian, Emily, and Ethan sent him a big bundle to our house. The delivery man got such a kick out of him when we answered the door and he saw all those balloons being handed to him! His eyes were huge and after he understood he could have them, he began bopping them against each other and bouncing all around. He was so excited! Technology has allowed the invention of some amazing toys, but often the old, simple ones provide the most pleasure and creativity.
